Brett Bell

Brett Bell started dancing at the age of fourteen when he joined the well known Boston Arts Academy in 2005. While at BAA, Brett received awards in both the Academic and Artistic fields. Additionally he was recognized by the National High School Dance Festival for his senior choreography “Hidden Shades of Color” with an Honorable Mention. Also during senior year, Brett was honored with the opportunity to travel with BAA’s founding headmaster, Linda Nathan, performing in cities including New York City on her book tour. After graduating he danced with Urbanity Dance under Betsi Graves and The Boston Liturgical Dance Ensemble under Robert VerEecke, S.J. In 2011 Brett joined IMPACT Dance Company. With IMPACT, he has had the opportunity to perform in festivals in New York and Massachusetts, received scholarships for the nathantrice/RITUALS summer intensive and volunteered in many altitudes. Brett’s other performance experience include the PULSE on tour, Dance4Life Benefit and the Citi Center in New York City. He has taught at multiple dance schools, colleges and programs including Dean College and Boston Arts Academy. Currently Brett is still dancing with IMPACT and teaching at K & M Studio, Inc.
